GKN Aerospace uses more than a dozen forge centers, including mechanical, screw and hydraulic presses, with up to 4000-ton capacity complemented by a Nadcap certified heat-treat department. As part of extensive quality control process, die integrity is routinely monitored using coordinate measuring machines, ensuring long-term continuity, consistency and repeatability.

The layout of our state-of-the-art 105,000-square-foot facility was designed using cellular manufacturing concepts, allowing us to provide our customers with maximum efficiency and minimal production times.
